apple-cinnamon ornaments

It had been several years since the Munchkins and I made these. They just last forever! It was about time we had freshened up our Christmas tree ornaments. Many were broken and ready for replacements. So this year I gathered our crew along with a few extra children {a niece and 2 nephews} and we made ourselves cheap,  fresh,  fun, handmade, nostalgic ornaments!I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of the amazing aroma that takes over our home when these ornaments bake. The whole house becomes infused with the smell of Christmas. Absolutely divine! There are only a few short days left until Christmas. But just enough time to make these If you’re looking for a way to naturally bring in that “Christmasy Aroma”  or just have a fun craft for the kids. This recipe is so simple, easy & fun! And only 2 natural ingredients & no glue! Easy peasy!   {Printable Recipe available below.} All you need is some cheap applesauce {never “waste” that good ol’ homemade stuff on ornaments.} Instead purchase those double packs {64 oz each} Applesauce at your local bulk store. {Sams Club or Costco.} And don’t forget to grab a large bulk container of Ground Cinnamon while you’re at it! Otherwise this cheap craft will become more expensive than you’re wanting to bargain for. Dump in half of a jar of applesauce {32 oz} into a large mixing bowl. Next add 4 cups of cinnamon. Yes, it’s a lot! But, this is what makes them smell so, so good! Next just mix with spoon or hands {works nicely!} ::wink:: You may or may...
