Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy – meditate on these things.  Philippians 4:8
{the sweet & simple blessings of life}
for which I am forever grateful. | August 17th-23rd  2014

 I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me. Psalm 13:6

17th: Knowing that my child/children will one day be able to successfully sit quietly in Church, and be able to attain everything that is taught and shared. The moments out in the foyer won’t last, and the taking a child out won’t last either.

18th:  For a more organized school day, as we get back into the school year routine. And for the knowledge that was stored, kept and attained through out our summer break!

For a camera to capture the moments. And for the absence of my camera {missing camera card} to make me realize I use it almost daily, capturing memories left and right. Hence the picture-less post. ::sigh::

19th:
For children and a husband who can bear with me and help me through severe migraines every now and then. And in all seriousness – I’m thankful that puking is not a daily ritual! Because I simply had enough, and am so very grateful for my almost everyday health. Too often I take the “good days” for granted.

20th:
Thankful that Immigration Fingerprints are completed! For realizing without a doubt that the devil is working ever so hard to keep us from accomplishing what the Lord has started. And so thankful for the promise that whatever the Lord starts he will complete it.For a husband who stays up in to the wee hours of the morning to bring back running water to our family for the next day. And thankful for box stores open late for pipe pieces that were needed!

21st: For weekly interaction with other God seeking Momma’s, who desire to raise their children up in the Lord.

22nd: For an air conditioned home AND vehicle!

23rd: For a husband who doesn’t mind grocery shopping together. : )

For a new camera card, as the old one still is missing. And for the new habit I shall form because of this incident. Always. ALWAYS place card back in camera when done using it. And for my whole month of August lost in pictures – I pray I can find it! But, thankful for the memories that my mind has captured.

Never lose an opportunity for seeing anything that is beautiful; For beauty is God’s handwriting–Welcome it in every fair face, in every fair sky, in every fair flower, And thank God for it as a cup of His blessing.
– Ralph Waldo Emerson
